About the position

The Inside Sales/Account Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, placing orders, and developing new business opportunities through various outreach methods. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers. The position is full-time, with a focus on sales and customer service in a growing company that has been in operation for over 40 years.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and place orders.
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and direct mail.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Utilize CRM and Microsoft Office tools to manage sales activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
  • Clear verbal communication and phone skills are essential.
  • Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Organized and able to resolve problems with reasonable ease.
