About the position

Vivo Energy is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage with prospective customers over the phone, guiding them through the fiber sales process. This role focuses on generating leads, capitalizing on sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position offers flexible scheduling and uncapped commission potential, making it ideal for self-motivated individuals with a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Consult over the phone with prospective customers on fiber solutions for their home
  • Cold call and take warm leads through the fiber sales process
  • Capitalize on sales opportunities with warm leads provided, and supplement with referrals and self-generated leads
  • Attend daily sales meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience
  • 2-5 years of sales experience (D2D/B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record of successful phone sales experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated, competitive, problem solver, and competent in overcoming objections

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in telemarketing
  • Knowledge of Spanish
