About the position

The Inside Sales Representative at Ephoca is a full-time on-site role focused on supporting sales operations within the HVAC industry. This position requires a strong engineering background and administrative skills to manage leads, coordinate proposals, and facilitate communication between sales and engineering teams, ensuring exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process incoming leads, ensuring accurate documentation in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate sales operations with administrative efficiency, including preparing proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and engineering staff to ensure technical accuracy in client communications and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to support strategic decision-making in HVAC solutions.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining sales documentation, including SOPs, presentations, and case studies.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support client inquiries and ensure seamless communication between internal teams.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to address client needs and ensure alignment on project timelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on sales operations or inside sales.
  • Engineering background (Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred).
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and sales teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
