About the position

CreditAssociates is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its team in Plano, Texas. This role involves communicating the value of the company's debt relief program to qualified prospects, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, and utilizing Salesforce to navigate the sales process effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy and understanding while positioning the service as the best solution for clients' credit issues.

Responsibilities

• Professionally communicate the value of CreditAssociate's debt relief program to qualified prospects.
• Receive inbound calls driven by marketing campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls to manage individual sales pipeline.
• Efficiently navigate Salesforce while communicating clearly with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Display empathy and understanding to each prospect while positioning the service as the best solution for their credit problems.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of inside sales experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as required.
• Salesforce experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Prior Business to Consumer experience is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
