About the position

The Inside Sales Representative at NTT America Solutions, Inc. is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through relationship building with potential prospects via telephone and email. This role is crucial for generating and qualifying marketing leads for the outside sales team, aiming to meet and exceed lead quotas, thereby directly influencing the company's success and providing opportunities for professional growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly quotas for contacts and appointments
  • Effectively use technology, including call tracking and contact management software, Microsoft Office, and telephone technologies
  • Successfully execute telephone marketing and selling techniques
  • Understand technology related to all products offered by the Global IP Network of NTT America
  • Achieve and maintain high levels of internal and external client satisfaction
  • Establish rapport and trust with prospects
  • Create strong relationships with a team of field sales representatives
  • Communicate accurate and complete verbal information to prospective clients
  • Participate in sales, product, and process training as required

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or sales (preferably in Enterprise software, telecommunications, or information technology)
  • Telemarketing expertise in a B2B direct lead-generation environment
  • Experience calling high-level executives
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent skills in solution-oriented, business-value based qualification
  • Strong sales, written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or related sales experience
