Responsibilities
- Work with current customers, educating them about the company's products, making recommendations, and creating quotes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Manage projects related to special assignments and areas of responsibility.
- Participate actively in Sales Team meetings and contribute to discussions and strategies.
- Continuously develop technical and sales skills to ensure success in the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- Passion for long-term outside/field sales.
- Background in industrial sales is a plus.
- Ability to work in the Itasca office 5 days per week.
- Strong drive and motivation.
