About the position

The Inside Sales Representative at Aero Energy is responsible for engaging with customers and potential customers to promote the company's One Day+ Bath Solutions. This part-time role involves representing the company at various public events, establishing qualified leads, and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Represents Aero Energy at public events educating potential customers about One Day+ Bath Solutions.
• Establish qualified leads to be followed up on by our One Day+ Bath Sales Representative.
• Participates in marketing events such as Health Fairs, Street Fairs, and Expos to promote One Day+ Bath Solutions.
• Keeps management informed by utilizing CRM and Cargas software to record lead activities.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and marketing techniques.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and market demand.
• Works with management to investigate problems and develop solutions.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

• Customer service experience: 1 year (Required)
• Inside sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to relocate to New Oxford, PA 17350 before starting work.
