Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from TV, radio, and web leads.
• Make outbound calls on hot/warm data leads.
• Send emails and texts to follow up on your pipeline of leads.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to explain programs and services.
• Be an effective closer.
• Manage leads, calendar, and time efficiently to meet monthly sales goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in call center or inside sales.
• Strong hunger for financial success.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a need to exceed goals.
• Passion for helping people with a focus on client needs.
• Positive attitude and articulate communication skills.
• Empathetic ear and excellent active listening skills.
