About the position

The Inside Sales/SDR role at HP Inc. is focused on guiding clients through the sales process while building and maintaining professional relationships. This position involves collaborating with internal teams to identify sales opportunities, contributing to the sales pipeline, and continuously improving sales skills through training and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first touchpoint in any sales cycle, researching potential future customers.
  • Creating targeted lists of prospects who could benefit from the client's tech product/service.
  • Reaching out to targeted lists to identify sales opportunities.
  • Guiding qualified prospects to the next stage of the sales process by booking conversations with the client Account Executive.
  • Continuously improving sales development skills and exploring career paths in high-tech sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B tele sales or lead generation, ideally within SaaS.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work closely with colleagues.
  • Confidence in a target-driven environment, motivated to exceed expectations.
  • Effective use of phone, email, and social selling to maximize meetings booked and revenue won.
  • Excellent time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations.
  • Great listening and communication skills, capable of influencing positive outcomes.
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of or interest in Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, and the Digital world.
  • Experience in technical selling, consultative selling, or account management.
