About the position

The Inside Sales & Service Manager at Hajoca Corporation is responsible for leading and developing a team of sales personnel while ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance. This role involves setting performance expectations, analyzing financial reports, and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. The manager will also engage in community marketing efforts and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, recruit, hire, develop and train a team of sales personnel.
  • Set clear performance expectations and goals for teammates and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Work with PCM to establish revenue and margin targets.
  • Establish individual sales goals and hold salespeople accountable for achieving goals.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to increase sales and improve operating efficiencies.
  • Manage customer contacts and relationships to provide excellent customer service and build sales volume.
  • Attract and retain customers through local marketing efforts and community engagement.
  • Conduct business in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and safeguard Profit Center assets.
  • Complete required safety and compliance training programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales; contractor sales preferred.
  • Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center and effective sales techniques.
  • Strong personal sales skills and ability to lead a sales team.
  • Ability to interpret financial report data and adjust business plans accordingly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
