About the position

The Inside Wholesale Sales Specialist at BEER NUTS Brand Snacks is responsible for driving sales growth and contributing to the company's financial objectives through effective customer relationship management and sales strategies. This role involves engaging with customers, brokers, and distributors to enhance brand penetration and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships through exceptional customer service and upselling techniques.
• Generate revenue by conducting market research, cold calling, and soliciting orders from customers, brokers, and distributors.
• Participate in merchandising and store operations to maintain an organized and attractive store environment.
• Collaborate with Inventory Specialist and Production Manager to ensure product fulfillment and proper stocking of shelves.
• Address customer concerns and facilitate resolutions through research and documentation.
• Compile and analyze information to produce scheduled and ad hoc reports, advising supervisors on opportunities.
• Travel to trade show locations and participate in presentations and other activities as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

• 1+ years of inside sales experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Calm demeanor under pressure with a solutions-focused approach.
• Ownership mentality and desire to contribute to team success.
• Willingness to travel overnight if needed.
