About the position

The Luxury Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for estimating prices for windows and doors in full-house packages, managing orders from contract to resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with the Outside Sales Teams and involves detailed communication with customers and internal teams to facilitate the quote process and oversee project fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain knowledge of Quaker Luxury products and accessories
• Work with a Quaker Dealer and Sales Representative to facilitate the quote process for window and door orders
• Assemble and input accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals to quote requests
• Analyze architectural drawings and blueprints to review project specifications
• Timely prepare estimates and secure shop drawings for projects
• Return completed quotes to customers and sales representatives
• Revise quote documents as needed throughout the estimating stage
• Follow up on quotes and with Sales Representatives or customers on project opportunities
• Maintain an organized system for working on multiple quotes simultaneously
• Plan and implement projects, ensuring requirements are met
• Oversee projects from beginning to completion, including post-installation issues
• Be available as the main contact for a set of customers & sales representatives
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings when Purchase Orders are received
• Initiate consultation with sales, engineering, shipping, or administrative staff
• Communicate with team members regarding new and current projects
• Regularly communicate with Sales Representatives and customers for order fulfillment
• Implement and manage change to meet project demands
• Track deliverables and coordinate delivery of customer orders
• Coordinate recovery for shortages and damaged products
• Advise personnel of new or revised information on products or merchandise
• Create and cultivate relationships with current customers and new clients
• Prompt and regular attendance at an assigned work location
• Interact and communicate with employees and customers appropriately
• Review and analyze data and information concerning orders
• Plan, prioritize and monitor project activities

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software: Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
• Apply general business math
• Proficient with Quaker's proprietary software
• Knowledge of Quaker Luxury Products and Accessories
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Construction Management or Minimum 2 Years prior Estimating experience preferred
