The Inside Sales Representative role in Riverview, FL, is designed for customer service champions who excel in detail-oriented tasks and enjoy creating outdoor living spaces. This position involves engaging with both residential and commercial clients, helping them visualize their ideas and providing exceptional service while managing multiple projects. The role is primarily remote communication, requiring strong verbal and written skills to assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls during business hours and assist customers with sales, design, and product construction related questions.
• Communicate confidently with customers via phone and email; all communication is remote and not face-to-face.
• Be proficient in the product line including cabinet shapes, dimensions, features, colors, door styles, and price.
• Update CRM system with current status and related notes as they pertain to customer service activities.
• Proactively follow-up via telephone and email with customers that have contacted but have not purchased cabinetry.
• Follow-up with customers who have open proposals on the schedule set forth in the Team Responsibilities schedule.
• Follow-up with repeat industry professional customers for future projects and build working relationships.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in inside sales preferred.
• 1 year of experience in administrative duties required.
• 1 year of experience in customer orders/sales required.
• 2 years of experience in appointment scheduling required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
