About the position

The Inside Sales Specialist role at Randstad US involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients looking to create outdoor living spaces. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while assisting both residential and commercial customers. The specialist will engage with clients remotely, helping them visualize their ideas and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls during business hours and assist customers with sales, design, and product construction related questions.
• Communicate confidently with customers via phone and email; all communication is remote and not face-to-face.
• Be proficient in the product line including cabinet shapes, dimensions, features, colors, door styles, and price.
• Update CRM system with current status and related notes as they pertain to customer service activities.
• Proactively follow-up via telephone and email with customers that have contacted but have not purchased cabinetry.
• Follow-up with customers who have open proposals on the schedule set forth in the Team Responsibilities schedule.
• Follow-up with repeat industry professional customers for future projects and build working relationships.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in inside sales is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in administrative duties is required.
• 1 year of experience in customer orders/sales is required.
• 2 years of experience in appointment scheduling is required.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
