About the position

The Inside Sales Specialist at Brady Corporation is responsible for driving revenue by generating new business within the HealthCare industry. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification to closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Success is measured by achieving sales targets and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to win business and capture market share from competitors.
  • Take full ownership of customer relationships and the sales process, maintaining a professional and results-oriented attitude.
  • Deliver against a predefined outbound call quota, qualify leads, and recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs.
  • Build and proactively manage a sales pipeline to meet sales quotas.
  • Qualify and process all incoming marketing leads in compliance with the standardized lead handling process.
  • Research the market to generate sales leads using various sources such as social media, referrals, and trade shows.
  • Perform online product demonstrations and coordinate with field sales for face-to-face demonstrations when necessary.
  • Collaborate with field sales, customer operations, and distributors to ensure a positive customer experience post-sale.
  • Enhance sales volume through customer education and awareness of additional solutions.
  • Collect competitive intelligence and share insights with stakeholders to improve product offerings.
  • Follow the standardized sales process to maximize chances of success.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively for managing sales tasks, lead generation, and opportunity tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Gmail, and MS Office Suite.
