The Inside Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales orders, and building strong relationships with customers within the Architect and Interior Design Industry. This role requires proactive communication, collaboration with internal teams, and providing excellent post-sale support. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on driving sales and meeting quotas through a blend of inbound and outbound activities. This position is onsite and requires collaboration with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send customer quotes, process sales orders, and ensure accurate system entry.
  • Coordinate with departments to fulfill orders and monitor status, providing updates to customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and communicate effectively with the sales team.
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, calls, and emails; schedule and conduct initial sales meetings.
  • Present product information, demonstrations, and features via virtual or in-person meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing post-sale support and addressing concerns.
  • Track and report sales performance, collaborate with outside sales reps, and achieve quotas through closing deals and upselling.
  • Schedule factory tours, provide exceptional customer experiences, and handle possible travel or customer visits.
  • Send samples and marketing materials when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or territory management.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
