About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers through warm and outbound calls, effectively communicating our product offerings, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and achieving sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, ensuring follow-ups are timely and effective.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Shipping/Receiving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping and follow-up actions.
