Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by engaging with businesses and nonprofits to promote and sell handcrafted products.
  • Manage an existing book of business while also generating new leads through marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales, Marketing Manager, and CEO to align sales strategies and goals.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Utilize a flexible work culture to maintain work-life balance while achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or account executive role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals and targets.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Sandler Training or similar sales methodologies.
  • Familiarity with selling handcrafted or made-in-USA products.
