About the position

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor at Cosmoprof is responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for customers in the beauty retail sector. This role involves building relationships, providing product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting the company's loyalty program. The position requires a passion for beauty and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, supported by training and education provided by Sally Beauty.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to enhance customer experience.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, and reach as required.
• Ability to handle moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
