Responsibilities

• Field incoming sales inquiries and enter orders using industry-specific software.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside industrial sales is preferred.
• Engineering aptitude to read blueprints and understand rubber material usages.
• Familiarity with technical sales processes and software solutions is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• A background in business development or customer service will be considered a plus.
