About the position

The Inside Sales Representative at Threaded Fasteners Inc. is responsible for introducing products to clients and increasing sales. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating excellence in business-to-business selling daily.
  • Meet and communicate with walk-in customers.
  • Present a professional image to customers and vendors.
  • Establish and maintain friendly relations with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Handle customer traffic and ensure proper attention to every customer.
  • Analyze customer choices and financial capacities to suggest suitable products.
  • Offer alternatives to customers in their preferred product choices.
  • Demonstrate product usage and resolve customer queries.
  • Close sales deals and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Call prospective customers to explain product details and convince them to buy.
  • Achieve short-term sales targets and improve organizational goodwill.
  • Manage a database of potential customers and contact them regularly.
  • Note customer suggestions and complaints and report them to the manager.
  • Research the market for new competitive products and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
