As an Inside Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling through leads to schedule appointments for potential customers to receive a solar consultation. You will utilize various sales techniques to build value for residential customers, helping them transition from traditional power sources to solar energy. This role requires effective communication with customers via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring that you maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Additionally, you will be expected to track your sales activities using CRM software, which is essential for managing customer interactions and sales processes. In this dynamic sales environment, your skills will be valued, and your success will be rewarded. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift, and weekends may be required as needed. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably phone sales.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, though not required.
  • Experience in solar sales is also a plus (either phone sales or door-to-door).
  • Strong communication skills.
