About the position

The Senior Insider Threat Analyst will lead the implementation of a new insider threat detection tool and develop a comprehensive insider threat operations program. This role is essential for enhancing the organization's capability to identify, assess, and mitigate insider risks, including data loss and intellectual property theft. The analyst will drive tool deployment, program development, and cross-functional collaboration to operationalize insider threat detection and response capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of an insider threat detection tool.

• Drive tool deployment and configuration.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in insider threat analysis or related field.
• Familiarity with Insider Threat technologies such as UEBA, SIEM, and DLP.
• Understanding of investigations and the intelligence cycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work discreetly and thoughtfully in sensitive situations.
