About the position

The Insights Analyst plays a crucial role within the Jacksonville Jaguars organization, contributing to the Analytics team. This position involves gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to enhance decision-making and outcomes. The Insights Analyst will focus on sales and marketing data to inform recommendations and improve digital marketing strategies, collaborating with various teams to develop automated workflows and optimize performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of automated marketing communication flows and processes.
• Deliver comprehensive reporting and analysis on assigned verticals, offering strategic recommendations for enhancement.
• Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Identify opportunities to launch new projects or enhance existing processes for greater efficiency and impact.

Requirements

• Proficient in quantitative analysis with a talent for effectively interpreting and deriving insights from data.
• Familiar with Salesforce Account Engagement and/or Marketing Engagement, with a strong understanding of their functionalities.
• Knowledgeable in Tableau or other business intelligence tools to support data visualization and analysis.
• Experience in utilizing marketing analytics across web, email, and other related channels.
• Capable of conveying complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrates a keen attention to detail, ensuring that deliverables are accurate and complete to enhance the organization's actionable data.

Nice-to-haves

• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL for efficient data querying and management.
• Skilled in a statistical computing language, such as R or Python, to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Familiar with A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to effectively refine and optimize marketing strategies.
