About the position
The Insights Strategist at Kforce Inc is responsible for executing and analyzing comprehensive marketing research projects, focusing on brand, marketing, and customer experience. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and the application of advanced marketing research methodologies to provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end marketing research projects, ensuring timely deliverables and high-quality outputs
- Develop research frameworks and methodologies tailored to meet specific business objectives and market challenges
- Utilize various data collection methods, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary data analysis
- Perform analysis and interpret data to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to clarify research needs and integrate findings into business strategies
- Competent in DIY (do-it-yourself) research methods to ensure flexibility and cost-effectiveness in research approaches
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide relevant insights
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve research processes, tools, and methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience is strongly preferred

- Experience with customer insights and analytics tools (Qualtrics, Confirmit, Power BI, etc.)
