The Inspection Services Data Analyst at Automotive Recovery Services Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting, implementing, and managing the Inspection Services Product Suite. This position focuses on continuous process improvement, expanding the product suite, refining best practices, analyzing workflow models, and developing operational training materials. The analyst collaborates with various stakeholders, including sales, operations, and service vendors, to address challenges faced by insurance providers and enhance service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance, oversight, and influence of the daily operations of Inspections services.
• Resolves issues and builds consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Delivers exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Leverages business intelligence to understand performance levels and interprets data for feedback and recommendations.
• Recommends and maintains business, brand, and customer objectives.
• Prioritizes IT development project requests to maximize market impact and provider responsiveness.
• Provides direction to Operations Team and IAA Mobility Team to ensure focus on objectives.
• Participates in sales efforts and meetings with providers.
• Works with stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs and goals, determining feasibility based on product development.
• Practices and promotes teamwork and sets a good personal example of attitude and performance.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with data analysis and visualization
• Prior client/vendor experience or insurance background
