We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Escondido. This role involves conducting inspections, managing tenant communications, and performing various support duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of apartments, commercial properties, and laundromats.
• Assist with managing commercial tenant needs and communication.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports based on inspections and other tasks.
• Perform errands and general support duties as assigned.
• Ensure kitchen supplies and items are fully stocked.
• Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs when needed.

Requirements
