About the position

The Install Coordinator at Ebens Air Conditioning & Plumbing plays a crucial role in supporting the HVAC Installation Teams and ensuring effective communication with customers. This position is essential for coordinating installation schedules, managing equipment orders, and handling customer inquiries, contributing to the overall efficiency of the installation process.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team in scheduling installation crews
• Order installation equipment
• Process returned parts after job completion for warranties
• Communicate with customers and confirm next day installations
• Assist with and/or schedule part return service calls
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, warranties, and permits
• Communicate with and support the installation team
• Enter installation and warranty data in CRM
• Interact in the warehouse to acquire materials for installation and service jobs
• Perform other general office duties as assigned by manager
