About the position

Renewal by Andersen is hiring for an Installation Project Manager to support our Fort Myers and Cape Coral market. This role is crucial in effectively managing window and door replacement projects, starting from the technical measurement and job specifications through the entire installation process. The primary goal is to ensure Homeowner Delight while focusing efforts to meet and/or exceed budget expectations. The Installation Project Manager will be responsible for accurately measuring dimensions and determining the installation processes for windows and doors, providing installation solutions that align with customer expectations, and adapting production specifications to meet installation requirements. This position requires a thorough knowledge of Renewal Products and the ability to confirm details within the sales contract to ensure customer expectations are in alignment with product features and options as well as the installation process. They will determine the installation labor duration and the materials needed to successfully complete each job, ensuring that all required job files are complete, correct, and submitted in a timely manner to provide a quality handoff to internal customers. Communication with the installation crew is essential, as the manager will need to provide advanced notice of any unique factors that the crew will need to be aware of during the job. The role also involves approving any additional installation labor required to complete the job and troubleshooting issues with the installation crew on the day of installation, which may include providing onsite support. Furthermore, the Installation Project Manager will work directly with homeowners to resolve any installation process issues and support sales representatives with pre-sale site visits to define project scope, ensuring that the scope of work is accurately reflected in pricing and contract documents. Additionally, this role supports installation leadership in the recruitment of installation subcontractors, providing direction to crews on job specifics and questions during installation.
