About the position
The Install Technician at WGNSTAR is responsible for performing maintenance tasks in a semiconductor Sub-Fab environment. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing mechanical assemblies, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance tasks working in a semiconductor Sub-Fab
- Produce service reports detailing troubleshooting and corrective action
- Analyze simple electrical or mechanical systems such as pumps, valves, and wiring harnesses
- Perform basic repairs and replace various components on mechanical assemblies
- Adhere to safety and quality requirements, including proper LOTO techniques
- Send out issues/summary emails and communications
Requirements
- Ability and comfortability working in an industrial environment of a semiconductor Sub-Fab
- 1-2 years work experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or a warehouse environment, building maintenance, automotive, or HVAC
- Use of hand tools: wrenches, drills, and screwdrivers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & physical
