About the position
Join our team as an Install Technician, where you will be responsible for the service and installation of car wash systems. This role requires skills in electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the installation of commercial car wash equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial car wash equipment, understanding electrical, plumbing, water heaters, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to procedures and regulations
- Foster teamwork by communicating effectively and maintaining continuity among team members
- Assist the install Supervisor to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer satisfaction
- Uphold customer confidence by maintaining confidentiality and interacting courteously
- Cross train to learn various skills such as plumbing, electrical, welding, etc
- Adhere to safety codes and regulations, including OSHA guidelines
- Perform other duties as needed, beyond the specified job description
Requirements
- Willingness to travel overnight 5 days a week is required
- Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License required
- Experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Welding, Fabricator, or Construction trades
- Coordination and motor skills to work with power/hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Must obtain DOT medical card within 30 days of employment
