About the position

The Installation/Construction Lead will support the business owner in managing and executing refrigeration equipment installation projects for new fast-food restaurants. This hands-on role emphasizes equipment installation, team management, and fostering a positive job site culture.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment to job sites and ensure proper assembly.
• Maintain open and professional communication with on-site managers and other stakeholders.
• Lead and assist with installation of refrigeration equipment for clients like Chick-fil-A and Wendy's.
• Learn the installation process thoroughly to effectively teach and lead a team.
• Manage crew behavior, maintain timelines, ensure site cleanliness, and uphold the company's professional reputation.
• Ensure safety of the team and trucks, ensuring everyone returns home on time.

Requirements

• Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and leadership skills.
• Ability to take initiative and learn the installation process thoroughly.
• Strong communication skills to maintain coordination with other party managers on-site.
• Willingness to actively participate in installations alongside the team.

• Prior installation experience in the food/beverage industry.
