Requirements

• Proven track record as a Residential Remodel Installation Manager.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to drive results through team actions and behaviors.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Clean driving record is necessary.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and respond effectively.
• Physical ability to climb a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds.
