As an Installation Manager, you will lead the successful deployment of Grid Structures or Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) within automated partner facilities such as Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs), Distribution Centres (DCs), and warehouses. You will manage installations to meet project cost, quality, safety, and schedule targets, supervise external contractors delivering major work packages, conduct onsite quality checks, support project planning, identify and resolve technical installation issues, mentor newer team members, promote safe working practices, contribute to health and safety documentation, collaborate with Supply Chain teams, capture lessons learned, and build strong working relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
