About the position

The Installation Project Manager for Imaging Systems at Philips will oversee project management for installations and construction within the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between customers and Philips teams, ensuring project plans align with management goals, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication and resource coordination. The position requires a strong background in project management, technical understanding of healthcare systems, and the ability to manage relationships across various organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between assigned customers and Philips organizations for each project/order.
  • Gather information from customers needed by Philips teams.
  • Coordinate with Philips teams to ensure required resources are in place to complete projects.
  • Communicate site drawings and technical specifications to customers to address their requirements.
  • Keep customers informed of project progress and status within the Philips organization.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure customer site readiness for installation of Diagnostic Image systems.
  • Achieve revenue targets within assigned projects and minimize overall project cycle time.
  • Assist Sales with Order Acquisition, dedicating approximately 33% of time to this task.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated track record of project management skills, preferably with PMI certification.
  • Ability to understand site and equipment technical requirements (HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental).
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and CAD.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective relationship management across all organizational levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with patient monitoring in a healthcare setting.
