About the position

The Installation Project Manager at Renewal by Andersen of WNY is responsible for overseeing window and door replacement projects from initial measurements to final installation. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while managing project specifications and budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Measure accurately to capture precise dimensions for window and door installations.
• Craft installation strategies that exceed customer expectations.
• Verify sales contract details to ensure alignment between customer desires and product offerings.
• Provide timely feedback to sales representatives to resolve job hold issues.
• Determine installation labor duration and identify essential materials and equipment for project success.
• Compile and submit complete job files, including photos and videos, for internal team transitions.
• Document jobsite challenges that could impact installation success.
• Collaborate with the IPM Manager to build comprehensive scopes of work when needed.
• Communicate crucial job specifics to the installation crew to prepare them for unique project elements.
• Validate and submit detailed scopes for project completion and any necessary additional labor.
• Provide hands-on support during installations to resolve issues directly with the crew.
• Address installation process concerns directly with homeowners.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of carpentry, finishing, and/or remodeling experience (preferred).
• Proven window installation experience is a must.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
