About the position

As an Installation Technician for Wild Oak Lighting, you will be responsible for installing JellyFish Lighting systems in various settings, including residential homes and commercial buildings. This role involves understanding the lighting system and app, training customers on usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Install JellyFish Lighting systems on residential and commercial properties.
• Understand the JellyFish Lighting system and its functionalities.
• Train customers on how to use the JellyFish Lighting app.
• Communicate with the operations manager regarding the installation schedule.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 35 feet on occasion.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Construction and electrical experience (preferred).
