About the position

TopLine Heating & Air is seeking a dedicated Residential HVAC Installation Technician to provide exceptional customer service while performing high-quality HVAC installations. The role emphasizes trust, clear communication, and a family-oriented atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform full HVAC installation tasks including equipment removal and installation of new systems.
• Conduct duct repair and/or replacement using fiberglass, flex, and metal materials.
• Execute soldering, venting flues, and refrigerant leak detection.
• Charge, recover, and reclaim refrigerant as needed.
• Measure refrigeration system parameters such as gas pressures and temperatures.
• Calculate static and CFM delivery for HVAC systems.
• Carry out basic plumbing and electrical tasks as required.
• Diagnose HVAC systems when necessary and provide solutions.
• Review equipment operation modes with customers and educate them on system features.

Requirements

• Valid EPA Universal Certification license.
• Experience in plumbing.
• Ability to lift 75lbs or more and climb ladders.

• High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging, and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
• Valid driver's license.
