About the position

The Installation Technician at DISH is responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to customers, ensuring a world-class customer experience. This role involves visiting customers' homes, simplifying their lives through installations, and consulting on smart home possibilities. Technicians are essential to the company's operations and are supported with training and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily.
• Install and service DISH TV and Smart Home solutions.
• Consult homeowners on smart home possibilities.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience during installations.

Requirements

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs and meet weight limit requirements of 335 lbs.
• Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates and weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
