About the position

The Installation Technician at Alta Pest Control plays a crucial role in the Installation Department, focusing on enhancing and protecting customers' homes through various pest control and light construction tasks. This position involves working in diverse environments and conditions, ensuring top-notch service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform attic remediations, top-offs, vapor barrier installations, encapsulations, rodent exclusions, wildlife removal, termite work, gutter guard installations, and other light construction tasks.
• Work effectively in extreme conditions such as hot attics, outdoor work in cold weather, and on tall roofs.
• Navigate tight spaces and crawlspaces comfortably.
• Maintain a clean background and possess a valid driver's license.
• Provide reliable transportation to and from the main office.
• Possess a cell phone for effective communication.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in construction or related field.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pest Control License (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry and construction techniques.

Nice-to-haves

• Some prior construction experience.
