About the position

The Install and Operations Manager at Decotron is responsible for overseeing high-end installation projects, ensuring quality control, and actively participating in installations and fabrication as needed. This role requires extensive experience in building and installation, particularly in high-end construction projects, and involves managing crews and contractors to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee high-end installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Actively perform installations, bringing hands-on expertise to the job site and working alongside the team.
• Fill in on fabrication tasks from time to time, contributing to the overall production process and maintaining workflow.
• Conduct out-of-town installations, coordinating logistics and schedules efficiently.
• Perform electrical work as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Implement quality control measures to uphold Decotron's reputation for excellence.
• Maintain a very positive attitude, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.
• Keep installers and crews on track and on schedule, managing their workflow and project timelines.
• Cultivate a passion for quality work, inspiring team members to take pride in their craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in building and installation, particularly in high-end construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical work and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to perform installations and fabrication tasks effectively.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
