About the position

Tradesmen International is seeking a full-time Account Executive (AE) for the Institutional sector, responsible for building and managing relationships with clients in government, education, and healthcare. This role focuses on driving new business development, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to support client success.

Responsibilities

  • Open doors & drive new client business development to expand active clients and sales.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction working with your local office General Manager & Project Coordinator for ongoing daily activities.
  • Develop strong customer relationships building a long-term client base for success.
  • Work with Strategic Account Executive (SAE) team members to manage local accounts, ensuring smooth transition, takeover and continued customer success.
  • Perform limited administrative functions critical to the sales function.

Requirements

  • Prior sales success in a B2B environment.
  • Business development experience, opening new customers & growing those to their potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
  • BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred, or 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Standard computer skills - experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or equivalents.
  • Experience and success using Salesforce, or other CRM is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Institutional experience is a plus but not required.
