Responsibilities

• Develop and implement survey questions and oversee survey administration.
• Analyze survey data and provide recommendations for policy changes based on findings.
• Create reports and dashboards to present survey results to non-technical audiences.
• Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy of survey data submissions.
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience, including graduate work.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training.
• Experience in survey methodologies and analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of survey tools such as Qualtrics and data management tools like SAS and Tableau.
• Experience working with sensitive data and knowledge of FERPA and California Individual Practices Act.
