About the position
The Western Placer Unified School District and its 13 schools and an independent study program are located in the communities of Lincoln and Sheridan, California. These communities rest at the base of the Sierra Foothills in picturesque Placer County. Lincoln is approximately 30 miles northeast of Sacramento, our state's capital. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have the ability to pass the Paraeducator/Instructional Aide exam or have completed two years of study at an institute of higher education or have an Associate of Arts (AA) degree or higher
- NCLB Compliance (48 College Units or AA degree and higher; or the ability to take the Paraeducator Test)
