Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
• Provide one-on-one support to students requiring additional assistance.

• Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and classroom setup.

Requirements

• Proof of passing the Instructional Assistant Proficiency Test or 48 college units.
• Three letters of recommendation (2 personal, 1 from a current or former employer).
• A resume detailing relevant experience and qualifications.

Nice-to-haves

• Possession of a current California Teacher Credential.
• Possession of an AA degree or higher.
• Completion of the California Basic Education Skills Test (CBEST).
