About the position

As an Instructional & Content Designer at Blank Street, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of the Learning Management Software, Blank Street University. This role focuses on creating engaging training materials and communications to support the field team, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles. You will work closely with various departments to enhance training programs and foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an engaging training experience on the Learning Management Software (LMS).
• Build training materials, tools, and programs for product and operational rollouts.
• Support field teams by improving training materials to make them visually appealing and easier to digest.
• Develop effective communication tools between HQ and the field teams.
• Support the development and implementation of continuing education classes for field teams.
• Help develop and lead culture-building barista challenges and events.

Requirements

• Experience building and developing engaging online learning courses and materials.
• Strong attention to detail in creating field-facing communications.
• Customer and employee experience focused.
• Interest in learning about coffee and the beverage industry.
• Strong multitasking abilities with a proven ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
