About the position

The Instructional Design Lead will play a crucial role in transforming clients through effective training curriculum development for IT Modernization and sales enablement initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to work with a large global client, enhancing the candidate's resume while contributing to impactful projects.

Responsibilities

• Creating training curriculum for several key projects for a sales enablement program.
• Working with key stakeholders to understand the program and develop training scripts and supporting materials.
• Utilizing technology for e-learning modules along with other learning platform tools.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of Instructional Design experience in large corporate enterprise environments.
• Experience with IT technical systems, sales training, and learning experience for technical and sales audiences.
• Advanced user of Articulate and other learning platform tools.
• Experience in contract and consulting.
