As an Instructional Designer at KFC Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in the needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation of training programs across various modalities, including online, virtual instructor-led, and in-person learning. Your responsibilities will encompass creating leader materials, simulations, paper-based training materials, engagement components, workshops, and assessments to support various KFC-US product, people development, process, or system initiatives. You will be expected to drive a focus on building people capability through innovative and creative training solutions while gaining alignment with cross-functional partners. In this role, you will manage multiple projects, ensuring that all training initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the expectations of stakeholders. You will leverage the ADDIE model to create comprehensive training project plans, track key milestones, and manage training budgets. Your ability to influence training strategy and collaborate with cross-functional partners will be essential to your success. You will also be responsible for designing and developing large-scale learning solutions that utilize various approaches, including eLearning, gamification, and micro-learning. By employing storytelling techniques, you will enhance learner engagement and retention. Continuous improvement of training programs will be a key focus, as you will consult with partners to evaluate and elevate their training solutions. Additionally, you will measure and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives, ensuring that they align with business needs and objectives.
