About the position

The Instructional Designer is responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing, developing, and evaluating training programs across various modalities, including online, virtual instructor-led, and in-person learning. This role focuses on building people capability through innovative training solutions and requires collaboration with cross-functional partners to align on training strategies and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements.
• Design and develop training solutions using the ADDIE model.
• Manage multiple training projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence training strategy and gain alignment.
• Create and manage full-cycle training project plans, tracking milestones and budgets.
• Leverage various training modalities, including eLearning, gamification, and workshops.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and implement improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in instructional design.
• Serve as an instructional design expert, offering creative solutions and clarifying learning objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a training role.
• Understanding of the ADDIE model and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in learning development software and content management systems.
• Experience in designing and executing full-scale learning curricula.
• Strong project management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves
