The Instructional Designer position is a 6-month project with the potential to extend to 1 year, focused on designing and developing diverse instructional content/products in a professional work environment. Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional content/products for digital learning.
• Perform all phases of instructional design including analysis, design, development, and evaluation.
• Utilize a variety of formats for course materials, including print, graphics, gamification, audio, video, animation, and multimedia.
• Ensure courses are dynamic, visually appealing, and interactive for learners.
• Proficiency with tools that support content development, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

Requirements

• Experience as an Instructional Designer in a corporate environment or eLearning company.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
• Experience with online course design and classroom facilitation techniques.
• Advanced experience with online course authoring tools such as Storyline, Captivate, iSpring, and Camtasia.
